OUR ABOUT US

A Community Based Mental Health Organization

Heart to Heart Spaces is a mental health community dedicated to creating safe, supportive, and inclusive spaces where individuals can navigate their mental wellness without judgment. Through advocacy, education, and empowerment, we provide resources, workshops, and community-based initiatives to break stigma, promote healing, and ensure mental health support is accessible to all.

We also share stories of people with lived experience to encourage others on the same journey. We believe that stories can be a powerful source of healing , connection and hope.

  • We provides safe spaces for people on their journey to healing focusing on a client/patient-based approach
  • We educate people about mental health first aid, provide referrals to therapists, psychiatrists, counseling services.
