Heart to Heart Spaces in partnership with Rocket Health Uganda host free monthly online mental health spaces. These spaces are led by a psychiatrist who guides the audience on a specific monthly topic.

Furthermore, guests who have been struggling with their mental health are hosted to share their stories, lessons, coping mechanisms and healing formula.

The online sessions have been growing since they were started in January 2020 averaging about 250 people per session. From these sessions, a number of people from the audience have been able to reach out to Heart-to-Heart Spaces for therapy and psychiatrist referrals.
